The Ultimo Tramonto cocktail

Mixologist Manny Contreras stirs up this sweet and smoky sipper behind the bar at Buonanotte in Toronto.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch

  • 1 tbsp Lillet

  • 1 tbsp Drambuie

  • 3 drops plum bitters

Instructions

  • STIR scotch with Lillet and Drambuie in an old-fashioned glass. Stir in a few ice cubes. Spray or shake in plum bitters. Garnish with plums, if desired.
