Did you, like us, panic and stockpile sriracha during the factory shutdown scare? Here’s a nifty way to put it to use – in a cocktail!
3 tbsp Wild Turkey bourbon
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
2 tsp simple syrup*
1/4 cup mango juice
In a lowball glass, combine Wild Turkey, lime juice, sriracha, simple syrup and mango juice. Garnish with a cilantro sprig.
Here’s a nifty way to put that extra sriracha in the cupboard to use, courtesy of Toronto’s Jump Restaurant.
*For simple syrup, bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil. Cool before using.
