Chatelaine Triple Tested

Did you, like us, panic and stockpile sriracha during the factory shutdown scare? Here’s a nifty way to put it to use – in a cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Wild Turkey bourbon

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce

  • 2 tsp simple syrup*

  • 1/4 cup mango juice

Instructions

  • In a lowball glass, combine Wild Turkey, lime juice, sriracha, simple syrup and mango juice. Garnish with a cilantro sprig.

Here’s a nifty way to put that extra sriracha in the cupboard to use, courtesy of Toronto’s Jump Restaurant.

*For simple syrup, bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil. Cool before using.
