Brandy shrub cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pickled yellow beet juice

  • 2 tbsp apple brandy

  • 1 tbsp simple syrup*, see below

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger juice

  • soda water

  • yellow pickled beets, for garnish

Instructions

  • STIR Pickled yellow beets juice with brandy, simple syrup. and ginger juice. Top with ice cubes and club soda. Garnish with skewered Pickled Yellow Beets. Serve immediately.
