Auld Lang Syne New Year's Eve cocktail

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Rob Taylor, Food & Beverage Manager at Deerhurst Resort, whips up a fizzy, festive tipple to ring in the new year.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh pressed apple juice

  • 2 tbsp Drambuie

  • champagne

  • apple slice

  • cranberry

Instructions

  • STIR apple juice with Drambuie in a flute glass. Top with cold champagne. Garnish with an apple slice and cranberry.
