Superfood green breakfast smoothies

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach

  • 2 cups frozen chunks of mango

  • 1 frozen banana, halved

  • 2 cups kefir

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, plus more for garnish (optional)

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder, plus more for garnish (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey, (optional)

  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • WHIRL spinach, mango, banana, kefir, chia, matcha, honey and water in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with more chia seeds and matcha.
