4 cups baby spinach
2 cups frozen chunks of mango
1 frozen banana, halved
2 cups kefir
2 tbsp chia seeds, plus more for garnish (optional)
1 tsp matcha green tea powder, plus more for garnish (optional)
1 tbsp honey, (optional)
1/2 cup water
WHIRL spinach, mango, banana, kefir, chia, matcha, honey and water in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with more chia seeds and matcha.
