Boost your breakfast routine—or skip the afternoon slump—with these sweet and simple cherry-almond energy balls.
1/4 cup peanut butter, other other nut butter
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
MIX nut butter and honey in medium bowl until smooth.
STIR in oats, cherries and ground almond. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
ROLL into 1 tbsp balls. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
