Energy efficient and smart, eco-friendly solar lights use the sun's rays to charge internal batteries and automatically glow bright at dusk.

Digital lights turn a pool or spa into a party by generating a kaleidoscope of colours. For a more economical option, solar-power floating lanterns or fibre-optic jellyfish are also fun alternatives.

Not just for the holidays, rope lights of LED bulbs (which consume less energy than incandescent, and last a lot longer) can highlight an architectural feature, or transform a tree into a dramatic nighttime sculpture
