2. Banquette seating is huge in happening restaurants, it’s intimate and you can seat more guests at the table. There is one caveat: banquettes need to be a minimum of 18 inches high for comfortable dining.
3. Unique, unexpected light fixtures at stylish restos set the tone for the whole space, if you can’t afford an original Dale Chihuly, look to Ikea for arty, sculptural fixtures.
