How would you like to diet less but lose more? Us too! And here’s the good news: A recent U.K. study says you can. Researchers discovered women who followed a calorie-restricted, low-carb plan for two days a week lost more weight than those who tried (and failed) to cut back for all seven. Chatelaine celebrates, inspires, informs and empowers. We know that Canadian women contain multitudes, and we cover all of the issues—big and small—that matter to them, from climate change to caregiving, Canadian fashion and what to cook now.
