Revving up on energy drinks could sabotage your smile. Their high acidity levels increase the risk of cavities, sensitivity and tooth decay, says new research.

Make it a habit: "Rinse with water or chew sugar-free gum after a drink to help neutralize the acidic effect," says Jennifer Bone of the Academy of General Dentistry.
