Move on over, blueberries — the newest superfood on the block is tart cherries. A recent study found their tasty juice really hits the (sore) spot. In fact, the antioxidant-rich fruit has one of the highest anti-inflammatory contents of any food, and when regularly consumed (twice daily for three weeks) it may help relieve joint pain. Great news for endurance athletes and those with osteoarthritis, says lead researcher Kerry Kuehl.
