Great news: When researchers looked at the effects of choline (a B vitamin in eggs and milk) on brain aging, they were amazed and excited. “As I saw the results of the memory tests and MRIs, I thought, ‘I better eat a few more eggs,’ ” says senior author Rhoda Au.
