Here's what 75 minutes of yoga can do for you

If you suffer from fibromyalgia (a condition that causes chronic pain, fatigue, discomfort and anxiety), it might be time to make a yoga date. A new study from Toronto’s York University revealed that 75 minutes of yoga twice a week helped ease participants’ symptoms. Plus, it helped them feel more relaxed, which reduced feelings of
helplessness and increased quality of life.
