How to stay motivated
Your walking buddies are your best bet to staying committed to walking. You can also try these suggestions:

· Register for Chatelaine's Walking Club and you'll receive our quarterly e-mail newsletter full of walking tips, advice and motivation.

· Monitor the changes in your health. Are you sleeping better? Are you less stressed? Do you have more energy?

· Sign up to the Chatelaine Walking Club, or update your existing membership to receive weekly Motivate me e-mails that feature helpful walking and fitness tips to make reaching your goals easier

· Give yourself a goal. For example, try to reach the next level of walking fitness within three months.

· Reward yourself along the way: buy a new pair of walking shoes, go see a show with your walking buddies!

· Fill out the healthy habits log and watch your success grow.
