March 2015 health opener: declutter your gym bag

Is the wrong gear keeping you from the gym? A 2014 U.K. survey found 75 percent of women between the ages of 14 and 40 want to exercise more but say not having the right stuff is one of the things getting in the way. Pack your bag with only the essentials — and ditch the rest. Try switching bulky shower products with dry shampoo, refreshing wipes and a natural spray-on deodorant. Toss in a microfibre towel and you’re good to go.
