Miss Vickie’s Has a New Chip Flavour—And It Slaps

Fair warning: They taste better than they smell.

Just in time for summer entertaining, Canada’s iconic Miss Vickie's has launched a new Black Truffle & Parmesan chip. This limited-edition flavour recently won over the hearts (and stomachs) of Team Chatelaine in a taste test—and it might earn a spot at your next gathering, too.

On first impression, we were skeptical. The smell of an intense, sharp and aged parmesan filled our nostrils, which felt more bold than inviting. But once we dug in, the flavour told an entirely different story.

We were met with a savoury, truffle taste balanced by a light and salty-cheese finish. And the signature Miss Vickie’s crunch is super satisfying.

While the scent leans rather intense, the taste is surprisingly well-rounded. It’s an easy addition to a summer snack spread: perfect to spruce up your charcuterie boards or pair with your favourite rich red wine.
