A recent story by Ben Blanchard and Sabrina Mao at Reuters — "Chinese women learn how to snag a billionaire" — explores the goings on at the Beijing Moral Education Center for Women, where women are taught the ins and outs of attracting and keeping a rich man.

Love is notoriously blind, and when you're really happy with someone it can be hard to see the possibility of the bloom falling off the rose. This is one of the reasons that the introduction of a prenuptial agreement can be so jarring.

Across society, we appear to be packing on the pounds. There are any number of things that have been saddled with the blame: bigger portions and more processed foods (thanks for nothing, Triple Double Oreos); more TV and a more sedentary lifestyle; more sugar and corn; etc.

Well, this never really occurred to me. I come across plenty of articles outlining little ways to incorporate activity into our days to improve our health, or small changes to make to our diets that add up to annual weight loss.
