I can’t stand when people are mad at me. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not above apologizing when I know I’ve done or said something wrong. I’m also not above apologizing, even when I haven't done something wrong and the other person believes I have.

You sent me one, do I need to send you one back? I’m not sure what to do. Again, another issue has come up. Surprised? How come it seems I don’t know the most basic rules of etiquette for all the little things in life?

I had one of those days last week, where my first thought getting out of bed was, “I just have to get through today.” But I sort of brought it on myself.
