What it is: Trapeze dress, $30 (was $38), Simons

How to Wear it: This rockin' retro number will keep you looking red-hot even as the temperature cools. The decadent double-faced knit is framed by fabulous trompe-l'oeil pockets and a sweet drop waist - what more could a girl want! Pair the poppy coloured dress with patterned tights, patent heels and a statement necklace for a look that's party-perfect or tone down this pretty little number with opaque tights, a black blazer and some pointy toe pumps.

Why I love it: I am loving this sweet-as-can-be dress. The short sleeves and drop waist keep the silhouette fresh and fun while the more traditional trapeze shape and sophisticated neckline make it wearable for any age.
