Weekly steal: Pretty floral bib necklace

What it is: Bejeweled flower bib necklace, $18, Forever 21

How to wear it: Talk about a whole lot of luxe for less, this bib necklace will dial up the bling factor without breaking your (New Year's resolution) budget. With a combination of pearlescent beads and sparkly rhinestones, the sweet short chain bib looks beautiful paired with a navy dress or layered directly over another top in the blue family. Going on vacation? Be sure to pack this pretty little thing in your jewelry case...it will look chic over a white sundress with silver metallic sandals.

Why I love it:  I am all about flower power and this pretty pastel necklace is full floral fun. I love the iridescent and glittery glow it gives off when the light reflects off the stones. I am wearing it casually now with a white t-shirt, skinny jeans and metallic loafers, but can't wait to wear it with a white sleeveless dress and powder blue pumps come summer!
