Pierre Hardy’s recession shoes

By Kate
Pierre Hardy’s recession shoes

Our lovely style intern Rebecca gives the scoop on the latest trend on her list:

You know what they say, the longer the recession, the higher the heel; and this season, the chunkier.  Pierre Hardy’s recession shoes for The Gap are a great way to lift spirits during these tough economic times.  The 3-strap platform sandals reflect Hardy’s sculptural style and are offered at an affordable price. It’s a little known fact that during a recession, women wear taller heels to combat the depression caused by financial woes, and it’s not hard to see that these shoes can be very uplifting.
