Olivia Wilde has jumped on the lob train (long-bob haircut), joining the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Ali Larter, and we couldn’t be happier about it. The shorter, wavy do with side-swept bangs gives Wilde’s ombré locks a real beachy feel. Minimal layers create softness and movement, while the overall look maintains a blunt, sexy finish.

Get the look: Prep wet locks with Marc Anthony Dream Waves Beach Spray, $12. Use a diffuser to enhance curl or massage roots and scrunch for volume and let hair dry naturally for a wavy finish.
