One easy way to sparkle up your holiday makeup is by adding gold or silver highlights to your regular daytime neutrals. For example, Clinique Glosswear for Lips Sheer Shimmers, $17.50 each, come in two shades—Gold Sparkle and Shimmer White. I'll use the white over a soft pink lipstick and the gold over a richer brick red. I also like Clinique's new Shimmer Cream Eye Crayons, $17.50 each, as a highlighter along my brow bone.
Tip: Add shimmer to your best feature—your eyes or lips, not all over as the impact will be overwhelming.
