Hollywood glamour in a perfume

By Kate
very hollywood mk
I don't know whether it was the girly pink bottle or the fact that it was created by one of my favourite designers, but something about Very Hollywood by Michael Kors intrigued me right from the start.   But really, it was the tiny sample that got me hooked. I spritzed it here and there, started carrying it around in my purse and then felt genuinely panicked when the mini bottle started to run low. I realized I had found my latest perfume obsession. I was never very adventurous with my scents. I used to find one perfume I liked and wear it for years upon years until something prompted me to try a new one. But this job has opened up my mind (and my nose I might add) to a plethora of new and exciting fragrances.  Whether it's Chloe or Tom Ford, my fragrance repertoire is slowly growing, and I must say I'm partial to this pretty floral. The white gardenia is enticing. The notes include iced bergamot and mandarin that fold into jasmine, raspberry and ylang ylang, and finish off with a creamy amber and white moss. There's also a special holiday edition complete with lots of gold and bling if you're looking to gift someone a glitzy new fragrance. Find out if this scent is for you at Holt Renfrew, Michael Kors boutiques and Shoppers Drug MartVery Hollywood Michael Kors Eau de Parfum Spray, $56 (1.0oz), Very Hollywood Michael Kors Fabulotion, $54 (5.0oz), Very Hollywood Michael Kors Luxe Perfume Spray, $375 (1.0oz), Limited Edition Very Hollywood Michael Kors Gem Solid Perfume Ring, $50.  – Kate Daley
