Five-minute make up: The quickest smoky eye
There is a new type of liner hitting the market these days, and it’s making the five-minute face way more feasible.

This hybrid blend of pencil and loose powder eye shadow comes in a small tube similar to a liquid liner. A soft sponge tip makes for a defused yet defined look, and is far more forgiving than a gel liner. (Probably not the best tool for a sleek, retro-inspired cat eye, but perfect for a smoked-out sexy one.) Just remember to tap off the excess powder before lining your lids, much as you would a powdered make-up brush.
Try this: Apply a thick line above your lashes and blend out towards your crease using a brush or the tip of your finger. Dust a fine line across your bottom lashes and gently smudge for a super quick on-the-go smoky eye.
