The latest faux fur options are a great alternative to the real thing, and they're a guilt-free way to stay warm and chic. This is definitely one time you won’t mind faking it. Faux fur we love (pictured in player):

Collar (on coat): If you don't wall to go all-out faux fur on top, adding a hit of trim around the collar is a great complement and looks super-luxe. Anderson fur collar coat, French Connection, $298.

Trappers hat: Top off your look with this quilted trappers hat. George furry hat, $14.

Coat: An instant statement-maker, this lined animal print jacket has real style. Claris faux fur jacket, Club Monaco, $349.

Gilet:
This longer vest easily adds texture and warmth. Add it to sweaters and shirts, and even dresses. Nala Contrast Gilet, French Connection, $148.

Snood:
A circle scarf is the easiest (read: no fancy wrapping or tying) way to keep the chill out and frame your face. Circle scarf, Edc by Esprit, $60.
