There is nothing I love more than a good sale and while snow may still be on the ground, it's a great time to shop for spring items now. And, no I'm not talking about shelling out big bucks for “new arrivals.” Instead get your savvy saver on, and hit up the winter sale racks to score deals on trends that we can bank in our closet and bust out (in style) come spring.

5. Pretty in pastels
Trend forecasters are predicating this soft sweet color palette will be big for spring. Get a jump-start on the trend and purchase pastel tops, bottoms and dresses at a discount now
