I'm in dire need of a classic black bag that I can dress up or down and that goes with everything. This bag fits the bill and more. I love that it gives me the option of wearing it on my shoulder or cross body (a must when I'm lugging more than one bag on my commute to work). The large interior means I can fit all my accessories (and then some) and I love that it doesn't have an inner divider (they always get in the way).
