Ask Lisa + Liz
Q: My skin breaks out occasionally. The actual blemish never lasts very long but my skin is left with a red mark that lasts for a week or two. How can I treat it?

The red or brown marks are likely pigment spots, the result of damaged skin if you squeezed your blemishes. They will fade gradually over time. Soy, a popular ingredient in many new skin care collections (including Aveeno and RoC Soya Unify) helps fade spots and make skin look more radiant.  --Lisa Tant
