There are two main points to keep in mind when shopping for a Mother’s Day gift: thoughtfulness and uniqueness.

The adorable handcrafted jewelry collection by Vancouver-based designer, Naomi Beebe of Beazuness Jewelry, hits the mark. Beebe is a loving mother of almost three (she is expecting her third child in a few months) and she spends her free time as an entrepreneur and jewelry maker, selling her collection within the Etsy community.

Each of Naomi’s pieces is unique (they are all customizable), handmade, versatile, and affordable. My favourite collection for this Mother’s day is Naomi’s peas in a pod Necklace and the Bird Nest Necklace. Pieces from both collections are made of sterling silver wire, 14K gold-filled wire, and pearls. Yes – you guessed right - Naomi creates the pods and nests from wire and uses pearls to represent peas and eggs! How cute! You can customize the number and colour of eggs and pods, according to the number of children in your family. If you want to go the extra mile, add a final flourish of personalization with initial pendants and birthstones to your chosen piece of jewelry.

I have already placed my order for the Peas in a Pod necklace. Be a darling and gift your mother and/or mother-in-law with one of these pieces that will surely tug on their heartstrings.
