Designer collaborations: Four we can't wait for Marni x H&M

We all jumped for joy (and some of us even waited in line) for the chance to own a little piece of Versace when the infamous fashion house collaborated with fast-fashion retailer H&M last fall. The bold Versace for H&M line flew off the shelves within a matter of hours leaving frugal fashion fans hungry for more.

Lucky for us, the fashion designer collaboration phenomenon is #trending and the 2012 calendar is chock full of affordable and fun partnerships, making it the perfect way to pick up a piece of “couture” at prices that are within reach.

Here are four upcoming fashion collaborations that we’ve penciled in our calendar:

Mary Katrantzou for Topshop - March 6 at the Topshop location at the Bay at Yorkdale Shopping Centre locations (Top Shop)
Diane Von Furstenberg for Gap Kids - Available as of March 28 in stores, and March 15 online at gap.com
Marni for H&M - Starting March 8th 2012
Banana Republic x Trina Turk Collection - Starting June 2012
