What it is: Slim coloured denim, Joe Fresh, $19

How to wear it: It's official: bright bottoms are here to stay. Available in a rainbow of colours and with just the right amount of stretch, these slim-fitting jeans are just the thing the trend doctor ordered. Pair them with a pretty printed top and pointy flats for an outfit that's as sweet as pie. Or, spice them up with a rolled cuff, a sleeveless silk shirt and killer stilettos. Available at such an affordable price point, how can you resist adding a pair (or two) to your closet?

Why I love it: Coloured denim is still so hot and showing no sign of slowing down. And, Canadian retailer, Joe Fresh, is making it super easy to jump on this trend - even if you are on a tight budget. I love the super-saturated hues and oh-so-lean look of these pants that I already own them in more then a few colours. Personally I am wearing them with a simple scoop neck top, a pair of smoking shoes (remember these faux snakeskin flat, Old Navy, $25) and a long luxe cardigan which keeps my look cozy.
