This chic and cozy crewneck sweater is a no-brainier buy and the perfect sweater to ease into the upcoming brisk Autumn weather

What it is: Cable-knit sweater, $45, Smart Set

How to wear it: This chic and cozy crewneck sweater from Smart Set is a no-brainier buy. The classic cable-knit design is elegant and sophisticated while the unexpected shoulder zip gives it a tiny touch of sass. Wear it layered over a crisp white shirt with dark denim and a pair riding boots. Or, pair it with your favourite pencil skirt, a sparkly statement necklace and a pair of single sole pumps.

Why I love it: I am totally crushing on this cable-knit. I love the colour, the cut and of course the cute silver zip. I am wearing it now (in my air conditioned home) with beat up boyfriend jeans and embroidered moccasins but can't wait to rock it in the "real world" when the temperature cools with a pair of navy cords and a cozy cashmere scarf.
