As our wardrobes transition into fall with darker shades and warm hues, we are given one last chance to look pretty in pink. For more than two decades, October has been synonymous with the colour pink with proceeds from various merchandise donated to the Breast Cancer Awareness foundation.

Here are some of our favourite products that support this great cause:

31 shades in 31 days
Essie takes part in Breast Cancer Awareness Month by designating a unique shade of pink for each day of October. Amongst the 31 shades are four new colours that make up the Raise Awareness collection. Essie's Breast Cancer Awareness collection will donate a portion of all sale proceeds to battling breast cancer.

Link for pink

We think PANDORA's new breast cancer awareness charm is the perfect edition to its pink ribbon collection of charms and pendants. PANDORA donates 5 percent of retail sales from the pink ribbon collection to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Helping hands
For every purchase of Aveda's hand relieving cream, $4 of the retail price supports cruelty-free research through the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Cut cancer short
Donating your hair isn't the only way you can get involved with Pantene Beautiful Lengths. Check out Pantene's Beautiful Lengths collection. They donate $1 for every bottle sold to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Go Bare for breast cancer
You can feel great about supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month with this all-natural Canadian skincare system. For every product sold in October, Bare Love Beauty will donate $1 to Rethink.

Think pink... and blue
We love that Estée Lauder is creating breast cancer awareness for both men and women with the Dream Compact. In special honour of Evelyn Lauder, Estée Lauder will donate 100 percent of the retail price from every sale of the compact to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Sold exclusively at Holt Renfrew and online at esteelauder.ca.

Every scent counts
While this light, sensual fragrance is said to subtly seduce the senses, its message is strong! Donna Karen Cosmetics will donate 20 percent of the retail price from every sale of Cashmere Mist to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Kiss cancer goodbye
One of our favourite Clinique chubby sticks is now available in the most perfect shade of pink to help awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. $4 of the retail price is contributed to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Precision in pink
Add some pink to your makeup kit with these pink ribbon precision tweezers. Tweezerman has supported Breast Cancer Awareness Month in various ways for over ten years. Sold at Sephora.

Dream big for the cure
$15 from every sale of these cute and cozy La Vie en Rose PJs goes towards the Roses of Hope Foundation, an organization committed to supporting breast cancer research and finding a cure. Along with these promotion items, the foundation shows their commitment through a collection of post-mastectomy bras.
