Bieber-inspired beauty

Justin Bieber is quite the renaissance man. First a gripping memoir and now a new line of…um…nail polish? No, I'm serious. J-Beeb has joined forces with Nicole by OPI to create The One Less Lonely Girl Collection. It may seem like a strange project for a teen idol so often mistaken for a woman but let's face it, The Beeb could sell just about anything to his legion of adoring fans and a portion of the proceeds from the line actually go towards Bieber's charity of choice: Pencils of Promise.

Now, maybe it makes me creepy old lady, but I'm all over this polish. Not because of my affection for J-Beeb, but instead because of my affection for everything OPI. The colours in this particular collection are modeled after "the upbeat and emotive nature of his songs", according to OPI's vice president and artistic director Suzi Weiss-Fischmann. Well I wouldn't know anything about that, but I do know cute polish when I see it. The collection includes 14 shades including…get ready for it…."I'm a Belieber" (a pretty purple), "OMB" (a metallic red) and "I've Got Bieber Fever" (a dark plum. *High-five* for those names, OPI.

I'm loving "Step 2 the Beat of my Heart" (pictured here), which is filled with heart-shaped glitter that will instantly take 10 years off my digits.
