It doesn't have to take a lot of time to look your best – a busy gal's beauty regime only takes five minutes! From applying your foundation to opening up your peepers, we've got six quick and easy tips on how to do makeup in a hurry.
Blush is an easy way to wake up your face and make it look like you’ve had a good night’s rest. Simply use a blush brush and sweep the product along your cheekbones up into your hairline. Make sure you add some glow to the apples of your cheeks so smile while you apply it.

Instead of putting on a full face of foundation, an easy way to get glowing fast is to apply a tinted moisturizer. Look for one that will work triple duty — a sunscreen is an added bonus so you don’t have to apply another layer. Cleanse and then spread evenly all over your face, applying an extra bit of concealer on areas that need coverage, like underneath your eyes.

Nothing opens you your eyes more than mascara. If you only have time for one thing in the a.m., focus on your lashes. Start with an eyelash curler to really emphasize your peepers and set your look for the day. Then coat your lashes once, let dry and apply another coat if you want an extra boost.

A heavy or dark lip takes time and concentration so if you’re not ready to put on a full face apply a light gloss to your lips. A pink shade will give your mouth a bit of attention but won’t overwhelm your whole look. If you’re getting ready for nighttime and only have five minutes, spend the time on your red lip. It can easily take you from day to evening.

Apply a pressed powder and make sure to pat down your T-zone — your nose, forehead and chin. This will stop any shine from accumulating throughout the day and will also help set your makeup.

The most important element of getting a fab look in a snap is making sure to properly blend your makeup. Nothing’s worse than visible concealer or powder. Take a peek at yourself in the mirror before you leave the house (in natural lighting if possible) and make sure to use a sponge or a brush to make sure your product is properly in place.
