$30, Nars

We’ve got pink-hued Niagara for date night, nude-toned Honolulu Honey for every day and now there’s Nars Satin Lipstick in Autumn Leaves—a dramatic but not-too-showy red for glamorous moments. Really, if we’ve said it once we’ve said it a thousand times: you can never have enough lipstick. And you need to wear this shade. Why? Well, for starters, the chi-chi cosmetics house’s experts promise that this new and lustrous hue will linger on our lips and be comfortable (read: not drying) to wear, thanks to a rich formula comprised of lip conditioners and antioxidants that simultaneously hydrate, nourish and protect. And while, admittedly, we bow down to the brand’s runway-makeup guru and super-savvy founder, François Nars, we’re also just appreciative that he’s developed another great colour for us to add to our repertoire.
