Backstage beauty at Dsquared and Vivienne Westwood

At the Vivienne Westwood Gold Label Spring/Summer 2011 show the inspiration was a modern take on ancient civilizations. The look was evocative of the ancient Egyptians, with hair wrapped up mummy-style and adorned with contrasting pins and white clay in the hairline or the nape of the neck.
