Combine 3 tbsp Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with 1 tbsp each Lillet Blanc and Aperol in a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a lowball glass filled with ice. Serves 1.
Stir 1/4 cup Canadian rye with 1 tbsp maple syrup in a lowball glass until combined.
Add ice and top with ginger ale. Serves 1.
Combine 1 egg white with 3 tbsp gin, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp amaretto and 1/2 tsp orange-blossom water in a shaker.
Cover and shake for 10 sec. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for about 20 sec. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Serves 1.
Combine 3 tbsp pale single malt scotch (such as the Macallan 10-year) with 1 tsp lime cordial in a lowball glass.
Fill with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime (optional). Serves 1.
Bring a 355-mL can Coke and 1/4 cup sugar to a boil on high. Boil until syrup is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 20 min. Cool completely.
Combine 2 tbsp Coke syrup, 3 tbsp Bacardi Oakheart rum, 2 tbsp lime juice and 1 egg white in a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for another 20 sec. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a rocks glass. Serves 1.
