Here's what we suggest you do with leftover Ovaltine

Bowl of Ovaltine mix Roberto Caruso

Fun frosting
Beat 1 cup softened butter with 1 cup icing sugar, 1/2 cup Ovaltine, 1/4 cup milk and 1 tsp vanilla. Great on chocolate cake or brownies.

Malt cookies
Beat 1/2 cup softened butter with 1 cup brown sugar. Beat in 1 egg, 3/4 cup Ovaltine, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 1 cup flour. Drop 2-tbsp-sized balls on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 8 min.
