Miso

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover miso

leftover ingredients, loose ends, miso, Japanese

Creamy potato salad
Whisk with equal parts olive oil and red wine vinegar. Stir with plain yogurt and toss with chilled, cooked potatoes.

Asian corn
Mix equal parts miso and butter. Brush over cooked corn on the cob.

Noodle side salad
Thin with lime juice and a little honey. Stir in minced garlic and drizzle over freshly cooked rice noodles. Serve cold with shredded cucumber.

Sushi house soup
Whisk 1 tbsp into 1 cup simmering water. Remove from heat and add tiny cubes of silken tofu.
