Date night: A cozy dinner for two menu

Craving some one-on-one time with your significant other? Instead of reserving a table at a noisy restaurant, book a night in and do the cooking together. Bonus: you'll pick up a few cooking skills while getting to spend twice as much quality time together creating a decadent dinner for two.

Starter:  Salad (image below)
Start the meal off with this salty-sweet watercress, fennel and mandarin salad. Layers of thinly sliced prosciutto and fennel give it character, and the final touch of roasted pine nuts makes a perfect garnish.
(Note: Makes 8 servings)

Main: Steak (image above)
Instantly turn your dinner for two into a fancy affair with our steak with brandied roquefort sauce. It takes just 15 minutes for the brandy and blue cheese to turn into the most luxurious sauce.
(Note: Makes 4 servings)

Side: Mashed potatoes (image above)
The perfect side for sopping up the decadent sauce you created, is our creamy mashed potatoes and carrot coins. The secret to its creamy texture? Sour cream.
(Note: Makes 4 servings)

Dessert: Fruit (image below)
Roasted vanilla pears are a sweet but healthy way to end your meal, and you can let them bake while you enjoy your dinner.
(Note: Makes 8 servings)
