Lemon

Use up your leftover lemons in this recipes, or repurpose them as a DIY kitchen cleaner.

Chévre-Lemon Crostini

Thinly slice 1 lemon, place on baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary. Bake at 350F until tender, about 10 min. Whirl in a food processor with 1 to 2 tbsp honey and a pinch of salt. Serve on toasted baguette with goat cheese and a sprinkle of fresh pepper.

DIY Kitchen Cleaner

Slice a lemon in half. Sprinkle cut side with coarse salt, then scrub cutting boards. Rinse with water.
