Leftover limes

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover limes.

Sesame soba salad Whisk 1 tbsp each lime juice and soy sauce with 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp lime zest and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Pour over chilled soba noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Limesicle shake Whirl 2 cups vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup milk and 1 tbsp each lime zest and juice in a blender until smooth. Serve with whipped cream.
