Horseradish

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover horseradish

Homemade cocktail sauce
Stir 1/4 cup ketchup with 1 tbsp horseradish, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1/8 tsp Tabasco. Serve with cooked shrimp.

Spicy devilled eggs
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and stir with horseradish, mayo and salt. Spoon into egg whites. Garnish with sprouts.
