Put it on the grill

Summer's not over, so don't close up the BBQ just yet! Our grilled caesar salad is so easy to make, and grilling the lettuce adds a fun twist to your salad course. Get this grilled Caesar salad recipe.

Switch your greens

Instead of romaine, try kale! This version dresses superfoods kale and cherries in a tangy, creamy vinaigrette (shhh, it’s tofu!) that’s outrageously good. Baked tofu croutons add a fabulous 27 g of protein to each plate.

Keep it classic

Our classic caesar salad pairs a creamy dressing with crisp lettuce leaves and homemade croutons. (And if raw eggs aren't really your thing, just use mayonnaise instead.)  To create a vegetarian version, simply substitute capers and roasted red peppers for the anchovies and bacon.

Add some protein

Turn it into a full meal with sliced chicken tonight. Bonus: The thinly shredded brussels sprouts bring an added crunch you won't be able to get enough of.

Spice it up

Looking for a healther alternative? This chipotle caesar salad with parmesan crisps is inspired by the Miraval Resort Spa. Soft tofu replaces the egg yolks and excess oil, and tortilla chips are sprinkled on top as substitute to croutons. (The chipotle pepper even adds a little kick to boost your metabolism!)
