Recipe of the day: Eggs benedict

When I'm craving comfort food, (and sometimes that even happens in the morning) Eggs Benedict always hits the spot. I love this breakfast, especially when someone else makes it. My friend's Jeff and Leanne made this version of a Benny with crispy strip bacon and a baked hash brown patties in place of peameal and an English muffin.
