Inside the Test Kitchen: Barbecueing

By Victoria
Grill time 1
At Chatelaine, we work on our food stories long before they reach your newsstand or doorstep. Right now, we're thinking about the upcoming barbecue season! It's early but since we've got such mild weather these days, this is not a hard task. We'd really love to hear all about your favourite grilling ingredients and recipes. Share them below, in the comment box. I'm hoping to barbecue next week over the long weekend. So here's my youngest sister working hard to scrub that grill in preparation. I'll be sharing some my favourite recipes in upcoming posts too. If you've got tips for preparing the grill, share those too!
