Shortbread cookies
Baking season is on! Even though I haven't started making baked-good gifties for friends and family, I did do a segment for Cityline with tips on how to make a good shortbread and a bunch of variations (from our November issue) – some are savoury and some are sweet. Check it out: http://video.citytv.com/video/57080725001/CityLine-Around-The-House--Dec-14-2009/ Here's a sneak peak at these buttery shortbread delights: Cookies (clockwise starting in the upper left): Cranberry orange, Lemon espresso, Rosemary and chili and Curry and coconut. Share your tips and recipes here – from one baker to another. Can't wait to hear all about it!
