My friend and coworker Maureen just passed along this interesting article from Britain’s Daily Mail , about a new report which claims that celebrity chefs like Nigella promote unhealthy eating.

We all know that moderation is important, but does that message get lost on food television? Should celebrity chefs tell us the calorie and fat counts of every recipe they prepare? Or would you rather not hear the "bad-for-you" part?
